To enhance this experience, Chef Luca has chosen Italy’s classic preparations, presenting guests with an opportunity to traverse the lengths and breadths of the country, sampling signature pasta recipes.
The team of Chefs has delicately handcrafted four varieties of pasta – Cencioni, Tagliolini, Pappardelle and Lasagna - in five colours and eight classic sauces. So whether you like them oval and petal-shaped, or long, flat ribbon, or wide, flat-shaped, there’s something for everyone, each gently peppered with colours from basil, tomato, saffron, peppers, squid ink and even chocolate.
