IFTAR - Varieties of Biryani and Desserts at Park Hyatt Chennai
Chennai, 22nd July 2014: Ramadan is the holy month of fasting, prayers and generous giving for the devout. Park Hyatt Chennai celebrates this Ramadan with a special Iftar menu at The Dining Room. Iftar special menu is in step with the tradition and includes a special beverage on rotation like badam sherbet, lassi, milk shake followed by nuts, dry fresh fruits. Main courses include the Murgh Kofta Biryani, Chicken Chettinad, Keema Biryani, Kai Kari Kurma, home style Fish Curry and assortment of Tandoori Breads.
The meal is rounded off with a choice of desserts including the Baked Gajar Ka Halwa, Malai Kulfi, Baked Gulab Jamun, Shahi Tukra, Coconut Sorbet, Semiya Kheer and the evergreen Vanilla ice cream.
Iftar Regular Dinner is priced at Rs. 1000/- per person all inclusive.
Eid Special Dinner is priced atRs. 1375 plus Taxes - (only on 29th July 2014)
