Celebrated Master Chef Ahmed Ammouri whips up a lavish buffet with a wide variety of flavourful Lebanese delicacies.
The exclusive middle-east cuisine focuses on herbs, spices, and fresh ingredients wherein mint, parsley, oregano, garlic, allspice, nutmeg, and cinnamon are the most common seasonings used, to provide a unique tantalising taste. The Lebanese food fest at Colony restaurant by speciality master Chef Ahmed Ammouri, will be serving a sumptuous buffet featuring his native flavours.
