BUZZ, the all-day diner at The Gateway Hotel IT Expressway Chennai presents Coastal Seafood Festival from February 28 to March 9, 2014. Get hooked with Southern spiced anchovy fritters tossed with crispy curry leaves, Semolina crusted lady fish deep fried with tangy onion salad, or Crispy ice berg and romaine hearts with Caesar dressing, parmesan coated fried anchovy.

Relish the soup of the day, followed by an array of sizzlers like Tandoori pomfret served with the bed of lacchadar onion and garlic naan, Masala fried whole sea bass served on sautéed banana blossom, and an ocean platter of earth oven cooked prawn, snapper and grilled squid with tentacles.

Enjoy a scrumptious spread of main course that includes Malabar style seer fish curry served with appam, and tempered kappa, Lemon grass scented poached prawns with stir fried greens, turned potatoes, marinated citrus fruits and white wine beurre blanc, and Sukka crab (Manglorean style dry preparation of mud crab) served with steamed rice and pepper rasam.
