The festivities continue into the New Year with a New Year Brunch on 1st January from 12:00 PM onwards, accompanied by live music that sets a cheerful, unhurried tone. The brunch menu features refreshing Cinnamon Poached Pears with Lemon Mascarpone and Red Wine Reduction, Elegant Prosciutto-Wrapped Melon Balls, The coastal classic Meen Pollichathu, hearty Lamb Shepherd’s Pie, and festive favourites such as Roasted Turkey with Cranberry Sauce. A vibrant Live Grill Station adds theatre to the table, while indulgent desserts including Brioche & Cranberry Pudding and Biscoff Cremosa provide a sweet finale to the celebration.
