*Coffee* is the story of a determined sister’s quest to find her missing brother amidst corruption and human trafficking. Directed by debutant Sai Krishna, the film features Ineya in the lead role, along with real-life couple Rahul Dev and Mugdha in a Tamil film together for the very first time.

Samandhi is a female cop who has been assigned the task to provide bandobust for a VIP coming from abroad to visit a popular festival in Bhavani Temple, Erode. After waiting for a long time patiently, she desperately feels like answering nature’s call. But her senior officer makes her go through hell by not giving permission for the same due to an old grudge. Samandhi is forced to stand on a bridge all-day long and in the end, she can’t help but wet her trousers in the rain. She breaks down after the humiliation.
