NICMAR, India’s premier and dedicated institution for Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Project Management education (CRIP), has announced that applications for its 2026 academic year will close on December 21, 2025 for Pune, Hyderabad and Delhi NCR Campuses – MBA, M.Tech, & PGDM Programs. Students are encouraged to apply before the deadline and be part of the early evaluation pool, enabling access to preferred specialisations and smoother personal interview preparation.

At the Union Budget 2025, the government allocated Rs 11.11 lakh crore to drive India’s infrastructure sector and national programmes such as the Gati Shakti Master Plan, Smart Cities Mission, green warehousing and sustainable building.
