Commenting on the performance Ashish Kehair, MD & CEO of Nuvama Group said,

"We are pleased to begin FY27 on a strong note, delivering our highest-ever quarterly profit exceeding 300 Cr, revenues crossing 900 Cr, and client assets surpassing 5 trillion. Our performance reflects the strength of Nuvama's diversified platform, disciplined execution, and the deep trust that clients continue to place in us across market cycles.

Wealth Management demonstrated sustained growth, supported by client acquisition, healthy net new flows and consistent margins. Across both, Nuvama Wealth and Nuvama Private, we continued to invest in talent, technology and client proposition enhancements. We are also seeing encouraging progress in newer initiatives including offshore wealth and AI-enabled productivity tools. Asset Management advanced on multiple strategic priorities, including the receipt of mutual fund licence and successful close of our commercial real estate fund. Beyond these, our institutional businesses continued to contribute meaningfully to growth. Asset Services delivered strong revenue growth, driven by deeper engagement with existing clients and the acquisition of new mandates. Capital Markets maintained its performance despite a volatile market environment. Overall, the Nuvama Group delivered a strong performance reinforcing the strength and resilience of our integrated platform model.

As the industry evolves, we believe the value of independent, client-first and full-platform wealth management firms will become even more pronounced. Our strategy remains unchanged to invest in organic growth, deepen client relationships, embrace technology and AI, and maintain the highest standards of governance and capital allocation. We remain excited about the long-term opportunity ahead and are committed to building a larger, stronger and more resilient franchise for all our stakeholders.”
