Permanent Vacation Returns to The Spotted Deer at The Palomar by Crossway with Four Independent Music Acts
The Spotted Deer at The Palomar by Crossway is set to turn up the volume on Chennai’s independent music scene with the second edition of Permanent Vacation, an eclectic live music experience bringing together four distinctive acts and an evening of original sounds. Presented by Metal Chennai, the event will take place on Saturday, 29 August 2026, offering music lovers an intimate setting to discover fresh voices and celebrate the city’s thriving independent music culture.
The second edition of Permanent Vacation brings together an exciting line-up spanning genres and moods. Stennor Trio will bring its Art Pop sound to the stage, while Blues Conscience will channel the soulful energy of blues. Adding a punk edge to the evening, The Broadway Addicts will take the stage, followed by Srie’s BessyboP, bringing an Alt + Pop flavour to the diverse musical journey.
More than a live gig, Permanent Vacation is a celebration of Chennai’s independent music community—where original music, unconventional sounds and emerging artists take centre stage.
