Premier Energies Reports Strong Q3 FY26 Performance with Sharp Jump in Profits

Premier Energies Limited has announced financial results for the third quarter ended 31 December 2025 with strong growth in both revenue and profits. The Company reported total revenue of INR 1,966 crores, growing 12.0% year-on-year, and profit after tax (PAT) of INR 392 crores, growing 53.4% year-on-year. The PAT margin improved from 14.6% to 19.9%, in the year.
The improvement in performance came on back of strong operational performance and growing order book, which stands at INR 13,723 crores. The Company’s manufacturing capacity stands at 3.2 GW for solar cells and 5.1 GW for solar modules. The Company has a large-scale greenfield expansion including a 7 GW solar cell manufacturing facility and a 5.6 GW solar module manufacturing facility expected to complete in the current year. These capacities would make it India’s largest and most integrated cell-module manufacturer with total capacity of 10.6 GW and 11.1 GW respectively.
