SRM 2nd International FIDE Rapid Rating Chess Tournament 2026
Hari Ganesh T of Chengalpattu won the SRM 2nd International FIDE Rapid Rating Chess Tournament 2026 was organised by Golden Knights Chess Academy & Master Mind Chess Academy in association with SRM IST at Major Dhyan Chand Indoor Stadium, SRM IST.
Prizes were distributed by Dr. R Vasudevaraj, Principal, SRM Arts & Science. Other guests were on the dais are Dr. R Mohanakrishnan, Director of Sports, SRM IST, Dr. M Senthil Kumar, Vice President, CGL DCA, Mr. Ganesh Babu S, Secretary, GKCA & Mr. C Natarajan, Vice President, CGL DCA.
The total prize money of the event is Rs.5,00,000/- and 80 trophies distributed between children Categories. 323 players from 3 Countries and 7 states were participated in this event including one International Masters, one FIDE Masters and one Candidate Master including 211 international FIDE Rated players.
