KLH Aziznagar Campus Partners with WE Hub Foundation to Strengthen Women-Led Innovation and Startup Readiness
KLH Aziznagar Campus has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with WE Hub Foundation, an initiative of the Government of Telangana, to implement Cohort 2 of the WE-Enable Program. The MoU was formally signed between Dr. Ramakrishna Akella, Principal, KLH Aziznagar Campus, and Ms. Sita Pallacholla, Chief Executive Officer, WE Hub Foundation.
The WE-Enable Program operates as a structured professional development pathway rather than a standalone intervention. Through curated learning modules, industry mentorship, startup engagement, and virtual internships, the program enables students to translate academic knowledge into applied competencies. Participants gain early exposure to real-world work environments, innovation-led business models, and evolving startup ecosystems, strengthening both career clarity and workplace readiness.
Commenting on the partnership, Er. Koneru Lakshman Havish, Vice President, KL Deemed to be University, stated, “Strategic collaborations such as this are central to building an ecosystem where talent meets opportunity. By partnering with WE Hub, we are enabling our women students to acquire industry-aligned skills, entrepreneurial orientation, and professional confidence at an early stage.”
“This collaboration marks a significant step in advancing women-centric skill development and entrepreneurial preparedness, reinforcing the campus’s commitment to inclusive growth and innovation-driven education” said Dr. Ramakrishna Akella. The cohort-based engagement model integrates structured skill development with experiential industry exposure. The program is designed to equip female students with contemporary professional competencies while nurturing entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented leadership.
Beyond its student impact, the partnership also contributes to the broader startup ecosystem by creating a pipeline of trained, work-ready talent. Startups associated with the initiative benefit from access to capable students contributing to live projects, strengthening the bridge between higher education and enterprise development.
The successful execution of this collaboration was made possible through the dedicated efforts of the Program Convenor, Dr. Sai Sudha Gadde, along with faculty members and staff who ensured academic alignment and seamless institutional coordination.
KLH Aziznagar Campus continues to expand its network of institutional and industry collaborations to deepen experiential learning and workforce preparedness. With partnerships spanning innovation platforms, academic institutions, and industry leaders, KLH campus reinforces its role as a dynamic hub for academic–industry convergence and future-focused education.
