grand launch of Paramaguru Fitness Village.

Founded and led by Mr. Paramaguru himself, a proud recipient of Honorary Doctorate in
Humanity and an Ex-Serviceman from the Indian Army, his knowledge & expertise in body
metabolism, diet planning, fitness & health for over two decades has helped in garnering
more traction and as a testimony to that stands our 1000+ delighted clients.

Located at the heart of Chennai city, at Kilpauk, our training centre & techniques speak volumes
about the significance of following a diet and lifestyle that is born out of one’s cultural roots. At
Paramaguru Fitness, our motive is not only to help people follow a natural mode towards
health & fitness, but we also have a proven record of treating medical complications through
our unique mantra. Accessible for all, in context to charges and location, we strive to bring a
healthy change in the society. The key highlight being a multipurpose indoor turf sprawled
around 4000 sq. ft. area, this is a perfect destination for sports & fitness enthusiasts. Air-

Starting off with monthly packages, we ensure that our client gets accustomed to the new
pattern of living prior to choosing a 3-month, 6-month or our annual packages. Moreover, we

package for kids called “Little Warriors'' curated to inculcate a healthy lifestyle from a young age
