SiXiT Announces Next Phase of Growth; Targets ₹300 Crore Revenue, Signs Arshdeep Singh as Brand Ambassador for Cricket Ball Category
SiXiT, one of Nation’s fastest growing cricket brands and a market leader in the cricket tennis-ball segment, today announced its next phase of growth as it expands into the formal cricket equipment category. The company, currently a ₹125 crore brand, is targeting ₹300 crore in revenue over the next three years, driven by product expansion, increased distribution and deeper engagement with grassroots cricket communities.
As part of its growth roadmap, SiXiT has announced the launch of cricket kits, bats and leather cricket balls, while also strengthening its presence in the cricket footwear and apparel categories, marking its entry into the broader cricket equipment market. To support this transition, the company has also unveiled a refreshed brand identity, signaling its evolution into a holistic cricket brand catering to players across different formats of the game.
Further strengthening its brand presence, SiXiT has signed India’s leading wicket taker in T20, Arshdeep Singh as Brand Ambassador for its cricket ball category. The company plans to roll out a high-voltage integrated marketing campaign across India, combining digital engagement, grassroots activations and cricket community initiatives.
Since its inception in 2019, SiXiT has built a strong presence through its cricket tennis balls widely used in informal cricket matches, local tournaments, turf games and weekend cricket leagues across the country. The brand has emerged as a market leader in the segment, reflecting the scale of India's grassroots cricket ecosystem.
SiXiT manufactures its products from a state-of-the-art 60,000 sq. ft. utilized and expandable facility in Madurai, employing more than 1,000 people. The company has expanded its manufacturing capabilities to support the launch of new categories including cricket kits, bats and leather cricket balls.
SiXiT has also built an extensive distribution network across India, currently working with 2,000+ distributors and wholesalers, with products available through 50,000+ retail outlets across modern trade, general trade and retail stores, as well as on leading digital platforms including Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto and Flipkart.
Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Bhavin Lakhlani, Sales Head, SiXiT, said "For many young cricketers in India, the first experience with the sport begins in small grounds and gully lanes. SiXiT has grown alongside this grassroots cricket culture, and our cricket tennis balls have become a familiar part of weekend matches and local tournaments across the country. As cricket participation continues to expand, the sporting goods industry is evolving alongside it. As a market leader in the cricket tennis ball category, we are focused on building this strong foundation while expanding into new product segments. We are also delighted to welcome Arshdeep Singh as Brand Ambassador for our cricket ball category, as his journey inspires a new generation of cricketers."
Adding to this, Mr Bharat Singh, Marketing & Digital Commerce Head, SiXiT, said “Cricket in this nation is not just played in stadiums; it lives in every gully, every ground, every weekend tournament. At SiXiT, we have built our brand on that reality. As we expand our portfolio and strengthen our presence across cricket equipment categories, our focus is on meeting the modern cricketer where they are; online, on their phones, on their favorite platforms. The refreshed brand identity, the ambassador partnership, and the campaigns we are building, are all designed to deepen that connection, from the grassroots player discovering us for the first time, to the competitive cricketer who relies on us every season."
Commenting on the association, Mr Arshdeep Singh, Brand Ambassador, SiXiT, said “Every cricketer in India starts the same way with a cricket tennis ball, a narrow lane, and a dream. SiXiT has been part of that journey for millions of players across this country including me, and that is what drew me to this association. This is a brand that genuinely understands where cricket comes from. I look forward to being part of what SiXiT is building, not just as a face, but as someone who believes in what this brand stands for."
