Caprese Salad

Ingredients               
     Tomato    2 no     
     Bocconcini cheese    50 gm     
                
     For Balsamic vinaigrette           
    Balsamic vinegar    10 ml     
     Salt     pinch     
     Pepper    pinch     
     Olive oil    15 ml     
                
     For basil pesto          
     Basil leaves    20gm     
     garlic    3gm     
     Olive oil    15 ml     
     Pine nuts     10gm     
     Parmesan cheese     10gm     
                
Method    

1.Slice tomatoes and bocconcini cheese           
2.Prepare balsamic vinaigrette mixing all ingredients above          
3.Prepare pesto coarsely grind above ingredient in mixture          
4.Arrange tomatoes and cheese on a platter.          
5.Drizzle vinaigrette and pesto.          
6.Garnish with basil leaves.
