From Nannari sarbeth and Uppu Kozhukattai to Railway mutton curry and the Jiggarthanda, savour delightful tastes from across Tamil Nadu.
Start the buffet with a sip of refreshing welcome drinks like Nannari Sarbeth; Elaneer Vismayam; Vasanth Neer; Panakam; and Neer Moor. A must-try from the starters are the Kuzhi Paniyaram; Uppu Kozhukattai and the Pacha Payar Adai served with white butter and jaggery. Also try the Kalan Varuval (mushroom Varuval); Thavala Wada and the much-loved Milagai Bhaji.
From the main-course spread, guests can opt for Uppu curry lamb; Nandu roast; or Thalai curry (lamb head curry). Biryani lovers, go for the Dindigul Biryani (chicken and lamb) and the Ambur biryani. Vegetarians must try the Kadappa curry, a local delicacy of Thanjavur. Also savour Madurai Kozhi kolambu; Erachi curry; Railway mutton curry; and Shunti (minced lamb dumplings).
